Among the 100 Overwater Bungalows, 75 are classified as Premium, these having the best views of the Caribbean Ocean and Barrier Reef.

All offer spaciaus bathroom areas with both separate shower and a full-size bathtub that feature views of the beautiful barrier reef. Each bedroom has a glass panel incorporated into the hardwood floor that looks into the lagoon and can be illuminated at night.

A second telphone port allows simultaneous Internet and telephone connections. Each unit is insulated against possible wind and surf noise as well as heat and humidity. The interior is completely decorated with locally-made mahogany furniture.

The well-appointed bedrooms all provide king size beds. The glass coffee table in the center of the room enables guests to admire the colorful underwater life of the lagoon from the comfort of the bedroom.

From the large-sized outdoor terraces, all can enjoy a magnificent view of the Caribbean Ocean. The terrace features a deck with lounge chairs, a private sheltered sitting area as well as a lower sundeck with a fresh water shower and easy stairs into the lagoon.
